BACKGROUND
With a background in leading HR teams in three major blue-chip companies and 12 years in a global management consultancy, I have been a self-employed HR Consultant since 2001.
Recent Experience
Over the last four years, I have worked with Training Providers for the Government Apprenticeship Scheme on an Associate basis and am both CAVA (Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement) and EPA (End Point Assessor) qualified.
Qualifications & Credentials
I am a member of the CIPD, The Institute of Leadership & Management, and the Association for Coaching. I am also an NLP Master Practitioner and a qualified Lecturer.

I am a Business Mentor with the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs and the Prince’s Trust.
